Messy Roast Beef Po-Boys and Garlic Cheddar Biscuits
Remember that awesome pot roast that I made during the week? Well, today I turned the left overs into the best messy roast beef I have had in a while. Also while at Sam’s Wholesale the other day, I picked up a box of Red Lobster Biscuit mix. I made those today on a whim just to see, and what a surprise – they were delicious!

I heated the roast, let it simmer some more until it shredded apart, made a gravy with flour and butter and added it in…..OMG!

I had no idea Red Lobster sold store bought mix of their garlic cheddar biscuits. I’ve been craving them for the past weeks!
I was just as shocked. It was on display in the middle isle and oh my goodness, they are great!

Mmm! I was just looking at Pintrest where I saw these biscuits (http://www.kayotic.nl/blog/faux-red-lobster-biscuits) and then I saw this post! I’ve never been to Red Lobster, but I’m a sucker for a good biscuit. It seems meant to be at this point. Now I know where my weekend is taking me!
